Paid Search Specialist Needed for Client Campaigns

We are seeking a skilled Senior Paid Search Specialist to handle the planning, execution, and optimization of search campaigns for our diverse client accounts. You will be responsible for developing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that each campaign meets its goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for driving results through paid search channels. This is a freelance, part-time role (around 5 hours per week per account), designed for specialists who can work autonomously, think strategically, and maintain a high standard of delivery across multiple touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers and strategists to ensure campaigns are performing, well-documented, and always client-ready. The ideal candidate has ample experience and a proven track record with platforms such as: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads, and a strong understanding of tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM).
