Summary

Hi! We’re a CPG brand in the food industry looking for a Paid Social Creative Strategist & Video Editor to support us with short-form video ad creation. This role is a mix of creative strategy + video editing. We need someone who understands paid social, strong hooks, UGC-style ads, product-focused storytelling, and how to create content that feels native while still driving performance. You’ll help with: - Clipping and repurposing existing videos into short-form ads - Creating engaging mashups using product footage, lifestyle clips, UGC, reviews, screenshots, etc. - Editing videos for paid social ads with strong hooks, captions, pacing, transitions, text overlays, and CTAs - Creating multiple ad variations for testing different hooks, openings, angles, and formats - Helping brainstorm creative concepts for Back-to-School and evergreen campaigns You should be comfortable with: - Editing short-form paid social ads - UGC-style and direct-response video formats - Thinking strategically about why a creative might perform, not just executing edits
