Paid Social Ad Editor (Fast Turnaround, Meta/TikTok)

Optic Element is hiring a video editor for our paid ads stream (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ads and UGC-style direct-response). These edits are simpler than our organic content but must be turned around fast and at high volume: strong 3-second hooks, kinetic captions, clean cuts, basic text animation, and retention pacing. Speed, consistency, and reliability are the top priorities. Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects a plus. Must communicate clearly in English and hit tight deadlines. This is a long-term seat with steady volume, multiple clients, and performance bonuses.
