Paid Social Media Lead Gen Partner

I am looking for an experienced paid social / performance marketing specialist to take responsibility for establishing and managing a new paid social acquisition channel for my business. This is not a social media content management role. I’m not looking for someone to build an organic social media presence, regularly post content, manage followers or run a social media page. The business does not currently have any social media presence. The objective is straightforward: Use paid social advertising to generate high-intent property seller leads via a specific landing page on my website. The initial engagement will be structured as a short-term experiment. If the results are promising, it can develop into a long-term partnership. The basic funnel is: Step 1. Paid Social Advertisement Step 2. Website to provide an 'Instant Property Price Estimate' Step 3. Lead provides property information + details Step 4. Instant price estimate displayed on-screen During the flow, the lead is asked about their likely selling timeframe. Every completed lead is either: -Selling right away -Selling within 1–3 months -Selling within 3–6 months -Selling in 6+ months -Not currently selling -Buying rather than selling We want high-intent seller leads (ie, 'Selling right away' or 'Selling within 1–3 months' are ideal.) The initial experiment would involve: -Fixed Advertising Budget: A defined advertising budget will be made available -Admin Fee: A fee to you for setup and execution of the experiment -Fixed Timeline & Duration: A fixed period of time for set-up and execution before results are reviewed. The exact advertising budget, admin fee, and timeline/duration is to be recommended by you as part of the application process. If the initial test is successful, I would like to explore a longer-term partnership, where rather than simply paying a fixed monthly management fee, an arrangement is such that you have a genuine financial incentive to generate valuable leads & optimize campaign performance over time. Exact platform is at your suggestion; upon reviewing proposals I will go along with whatever platform or combination you recommend to deliver the best results.
