Paid Social Media Specialist & UGC Ad Creative (Meta + TikTok)

We're looking for a hands-on Performance Creative & Paid Social Contractor to own our paid acquisition engine end-to-end. This is not a "set it and forget it" media buying role. We're looking for a rare hybrid operator who can concept and produce scroll-stopping ad creative, manage and scale our Meta ad account profitably, and help us launch into TikTok UGC ads. You understand that in the supplement space, creative is the #1 growth lever — and you treat ad creation as a high-volume, data-driven testing engine. You'll work directly with the founder, move fast, and be measured on one thing above all: acquiring customers profitably at scale. What You'll Do • Ad Creative Production: Concept, script, and produce high-volume static and video ad creative (UGC-style, founder-led, statics, demos, listicles, VSL-style). Source and direct UGC creators when needed, and edit raw footage into ad-ready assets. • Creative Testing: Build and run a systematic creative testing framework — testing new hooks, angles, and formats weekly to consistently find winners and combat ad fatigue. • Meta Ad Management: Own day-to-day management of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad account — campaign structure, budget allocation, audience strategy, scaling winners, and cutting losers to hit our target CPA and MER. • TikTok Expansion: Help us launch and scale paid TikTok / TikTok UGC ads (Spark Ads), adapting creative to be platform-native rather than recycling Meta assets. • Performance Reporting: Track and report on the metrics that matter — new-customer CPA, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin — and proactively recommend next Proven DTC ecommerce track record, ideally with supplements, consumables, beauty, or other CPG/ingestible brands. Please share specific results (e.g., spend scaled, CPA reduced, ROAS/MER improved) with named or describable brands. • Hands-on creative skills: You can actually make the ads — script writing, video editing (CapCut/Premiere/AE or similar), and a sharp eye for what converts on paid social. This is a maker role, not just a strategist role. • Meta Ads expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and profitably scale ad accounts (ideally in the $50K+/month spend range or with clear potential to get there).
