Summary

We are looking for independent Agency and In-House HR Freelancers to participate in a structured case study. In this role, you will leverage your real-world experience to pressure-test our ATS/HRIS environment. You will be responsible for evaluating pipeline configurations, simulating high-volume candidate flows, and providing expert feedback on how the platform handles complex, data-driven recruitment scenarios. Key Responsibilities Workflow Simulation: Replicate real-world, end-to-end recruitment scenarios within the SourceHire platform, identifying friction points in user experience and data handling. System Auditing: Evaluate ATS/HRIS infrastructure configurations, pipeline automation, and candidate status tracking to ensure optimal administrative efficiency. Pipeline Management: Simulate the management of complex, two-sided recruitment pipelines, balancing stakeholder/client requirements with active candidate pools. Actionable Feedback: Provide detailed, structured feedback, feature recommendations, and strategic insights following the completion of the case study exercises. Qualifications & Requirements Proven HR/Recruiting Experience: Background working as a freelance recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or HR consultant in either corporate or agency environments. High-Volume Expertise: Proven track record managing high-volume recruitment pipelines without sacrificing data integrity or candidate experience. Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS system administration, configurations, and database logic. Two-Sided Pipeline Mastery: Deep understanding of how to manage two-sided markets—effectively balancing candidate sourcing with hiring manager or client-side dynamics. Analytical Mindset: Ability to articulate technical bugs, UI/UX friction points, and operational bottlenecks clearly and constructively.
