Paid Traffic Specialist

Platforms: TrafficStars, PropellerAds & TrafficJunky Tracker: Keitaro Job Type: Hourly | Remote Overview We're looking for an experienced Paid Traffic Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across pop, push, native, and display ad networks. This is an hourly, fully remote role for someone who knows these networks inside out. Responsibilities Set up, launch, and manage campaigns on TrafficStars, PropellerAds, and TrafficJunky Build, configure, and manage tracking and traffic distribution in Keitaro Optimize campaigns based on key metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI) to improve performance and scale what works Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend toward the best-performing sources A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve results Monitor traffic quality, filter out bots/fraud, and keep reporting clean and accurate Provide regular performance reports and insights Requirements Proven hands-on experience with TrafficStars, PropellerAds, and TrafficJunky Strong command of Keitaro as a tracker (setup, campaigns, flows, filters, reporting) Solid understanding of performance metrics and campaign optimization Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English Fluency in English (Turkish is a plus) Nice to have Experience promoting sports, media, or content platforms Familiarity with additional networks (Adsterra, RichAds, ExoClick, etc.) Experience working with creative/design tools or with designers Details Rate: Hourly (please include your hourly rate in your proposal) Hours: [e.g. 20 hrs/week, flexible] Location: Fully remote
