Paid User Testing & Research Interview – Independent Landlords & Property Managers (Canada Only)

Overview We're looking for 3 participants to take part in paid product validation interviews for Nestbord (nestbord.com), a Canada-first property management platform built for independent landlords and property managers. This is not a sales call. We're validating our go-to-market strategy, business model, live product features, and gathering input on the future product roadmap. Who We're Looking For Slot 1 & 2 — Independent Landlord or Property Manager -Managing 5–100 residential rental units -Currently using spreadsheets, email, e-transfers, or basic tools -Based in Canada Slot 3 — Residential Tenant -Renting from a small landlord or independent property manager -Based in Canada What's Involved Pre-Work (30 minutes): Explore and test Nestbord.com using login credentials and a pre-populated test account we'll send you ahead of the call. Interview (30 minutes): Google Meet video call. Camera on and ability to share your screen required. Topics: Live platform features, business model and pricing, go-to-market fit, and ideas for future features.
