MS Paint-Style YouTube Video Creator

I'm looking for someone to create 8–10 minute YouTube videos in a simple, hand-drawn MS Paint style, similar to: The Paint Explainer Simple Paint Please check these channels before applying so you understand exactly what I mean. The videos will use very simple, manually drawn visuals that change throughout the narration. I do NOT need complex animation. I do NOT need frame-by-frame animation. The style is mostly simple drawings and static scenes that change as the story progresses, synchronized with the voiceover. The drawings can be simple and funny. They do not need to look like professional illustrations. What matters is that: the viewer can easily understand what is happening; the visuals match the narration; scenes change often enough to keep the video engaging; the drawings feel intentional and entertaining. Very important NO AI-generated images or drawings. I want the visuals to be manually created, like the reference channels. Simple stick figures, objects, backgrounds, text, arrows and other basic drawings are completely fine.
