MS Paint-Style YouTube Video Creator

I’m looking for someone to create full YouTube videos in a simple, hand-drawn MS Paint style. The style I’m looking for is similar to The Paint Explainer and Simple Paint. I will provide: The full script The finished voiceover Your job is to: Create the hand-drawn visuals for the entire video Create enough frames to keep the video visually engaging Sync the visuals to the voiceover Add simple movement, zooms, sound effects, or text when they improve the video Deliver the complete finished video ready to upload to YouTube The videos will be around 8–10 minutes long. I am not looking for AI-generated images or AI-generated video. The visuals should be genuinely drawn in a simple Paint-style format. The drawings do not need to be extremely detailed or perfect. What matters most is: Good visual storytelling Knowing what to draw for each line of the script Enough visual changes to hold attention A funny/simple hand-drawn style Good pacing and synchronization with the narration Budget: $150 fixed price per 8–10 minute video. This is for a new YouTube channel, and I’m looking for someone for consistent long-term work. I plan to make around 2 videos per month at first, with the possibility of more later.
