Title: PandaDoc to Adobe Acrobat Sign Migration – Contract Template Setup & Configuration Description: Company is migrating our contract templates from PandaDoc to Adobe Acrobat Sign and are looking for a freelancer to handle the migration end-to-end. Scope of work: Template migration – Recreate our existing contract templates from PandaDoc in Adobe Acrobat Sign (approx. [I will provide number of templates]). This is not a 1:1 export/import; templates need to be rebuilt with proper form fields, signature blocks, and field assignments. Template updates – Some templates require content adjustments during migration, e.g. updated footers, layout fixes, and minor text changes (we will provide the updated content). Acrobat Sign configuration – Set up our sending workflows, including: Reviewer/approver roles and signing order Conditional fields and logic Sending multiple documents as a grouped transaction (Send in Bulk / document groups) Recipient roles, CC settings, and reminders Reusable workflow templates for our team Handover – Short documentation or walkthrough so our team can maintain templates and workflows independently.
