Pangolin/Gerbil Setup on Oracle Cloud

Summary

I'm a private individual, I need assistance with setting up Pangolin/Gerbil on Oracle Cloud, configuring DNS settings on Cloudflare, and integrating the tunnel on my UnRaid media server (Homelab) for dockers. I Have attempted to do this myself and have been unsuccessful. Full documentation on actions preformed is required for future reference in case of issues. I Have a domain on cloudflare as well as an Oracle account I will need direction on how to allow access these accounts/services. I'm trying to keep this setup on free tier on Oracle (I have setup account to pay as you go) I'll also want setup to be as secure as it can be made within reason. My knowledge is basic only.
