Paper Doll image design

Looking for someone who can design and illustrate the various pages of a paper doll system for me. A system wherein the images when layered create a whole. In this case, the subject will be cartoon dogs. I need a couple dog bodies, hats, collars, booties, and weapons. You will be given a list. You must have a firm grasp of what this system is and how it works in order to create this images. All images must be the exact same dimensions and placed appropriately to interact properly with each other when compiled. However, it is not overly complicated if you do know how it works. It's simply layering. Ideal style is either minimalist cartoon or pixel-art, but this isn't my area so I'm open to suggestions.
