Summary

Remote Civil Litigation Paralegal We are a growing law firm looking for an experienced civil litigation paralegal who takes ownership of their work, flags issues early, and reaches out before a small problem becomes a big one. If that sounds like you and you have solid references, we want to hear from you. What You Will Be Doing You will draft and organize legal documents, manage deadlines, and coordinate filings across active civil matters. When tasks are done, schedule a brief Teams meeting with your team leader and office manager to debrief and discuss next steps. Whether you can take on more or need a moment to catch up, just say so. We run on honest communication. What We Are Looking For Solid civil litigation experience and the ability to hit the ground running. You work independently, own your deadlines, speak up when something looks off, and take constructive feedback in stride. Eastern Time Zone availability and strong references are required. Skills and Qualifications Paralegal experience focused on civil litigation with strong legal document drafting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Teams, Outlook, and Word. Detail-oriented with the ability to perform quality work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with legal practice management software is a plus. Perks of Working Remotely Work from your own space while staying fully connected through Teams. Real autonomy backed by a real team, and as the firm grows, so does your opportunity to grow with it. How to Apply Submit a brief introduction covering your civil litigation experience and one example of a time you flagged an issue or spoke up before it became a bigger problem. If you want to grow with a firm that is going places, let's talk.
