We run on honest communication. What We Are Looking For Solid civil litigation experience and the ability to hit the ground running. You work independently, own your deadlines, speak up when something looks off, and take constructive feedback in stride. Eastern Time Zone availability and strong references are required. Skills and Qualifications Paralegal experience focused on civil litigation with strong legal document drafting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Teams, Outlook, and Word. Detail-oriented with the ability to perform quality work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with legal practice management software is a plus.
