This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who can manage drafting, due diligence, and closing support with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and revise commercial real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases (office, industrial, retail, ground leases), amendments, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, assignments, and closing documents. • Conduct and organize due diligence: title review, survey analysis, zoning/compliance checks, environmental reports, UCC searches, and entity documentation. • Prepare closing checklists, coordinate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and opposing counsel, and manage post-closing follow-up. • Assist with entity formation and maintenance related to real estate holdings (LLCs, etc.), including operating agreements and resolutions as needed. • Maintain organized electronic and physical files, track critical dates/deadlines, and support portfolio or transaction management. • Conduct basic legal research on commercial real estate matters under attorney supervision. • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, clients, brokers, and external parties. Schedule & Arrangement • Part-time: approximately 15–25 hours per week (flexible based on deal volume and mutual agreement).
