This is a **research-focused role**. We are seeking someone who can identify applicable laws, regulations, legal risks, and compliance considerations and present the findings in a clear, well-organized report. Experience working with attorneys, startups, healthcare, consumer platforms, or cross-border regulatory matters is a strong plus. ## Scope of Research The selected freelancer will review our business model and publicly available materials and conduct research covering the following jurisdictions: * United States * European Union * India The research should include both general legal analysis and, where appropriate, more detailed **jurisdiction-specific considerations**. ## Key Areas to Assess ### 1. Business Model Review * Review and understand the client's business model. * Review relevant publicly available materials, websites, terms, policies, and comparable business models where useful. * Identify the primary legal and regulatory issues associated with the model. ### 2.
