Paralegal – Litigation

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing case files, communicating with clients, coordinating records collection, and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Timezone required: PST 8am to 5pm PST. Responsibilities Court Filing Manage and maintain litigation case files from intake through resolution Communicate with clients regarding case status, documentation, and follow-up requests Obtain, review, and organize medical, employment, and other relevant records Draft correspondence, legal documents, and case-related forms Track deadlines and assist with case management workflows Coordinate with third-party vendors, providers, and agencies as needed Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy Assist attorneys with case preparation, settlement support, and litigation-related tasks Maintain accurate case notes and updates within the firm's case management system Support team initiatives and process improvement efforts
