Paralegal Needed – Real Estate & LLC Work (Austin, TX)

I am looking for an experienced paralegal to assist with several real estate and LLC matters in Travis County, Texas. Scope of Work: 1. Deed Recording (2 deeds) Record two existing Special Warranty Deeds with the appropriate county clerk. Deeds are fully executed and notarized. If you are not in Austin area and I would need to do this won't count. 2. Deed Drafting (1 deed) Draft one Special Warranty Deed transferring real property from a Texas LLC to an individual. The LLC has two members and both will sign. Property is currently held in a Series LLC. 3. LLC Dissolution Once all real property has been transferred out of the LLC, assist with dissolving a Texas Limited Liability Company including filing the certificate of termination with the Texas Secretary of State. Requirements: Experience with Texas real estate transactions Familiar with Travis County recording requirements Experience with Texas LLC dissolution Location: Austin, TX area preferred though remote work considered for document preparation.
