Paralegal Needed for Litigation Practice - Discovery, Basic Pleadings, Case Management

I’m looking for a freelance/contract paralegal who can start soon and assist a solo Oregon law practice with litigation support. The immediate need is someone with experience preparing and organizing discovery materials, including drafting discovery responses from attorney notes/templates, organizing document productions, creating discovery indexes, and tracking what has been produced or still needs to be collected. Additional work may include preparing basic pleadings and litigation documents from samples, formatting declarations and exhibits, organizing PDFs, preparing subpoena packets, and helping keep case materials organized. Ideal candidate: - Has litigation experience; - Has organized documents and drafted or helped prepare discovery responses; - Is strong with Microsoft Word, PDFs, and document organization; - Can work from samples/templates without needing step-by-step instructions for every task; - Can start soon.
