Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal Full-Time | English and Spanish Required GMA LAW is seeking an experienced, highly organized Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling discovery, managing litigation deadlines, communicating with clients, and assisting attorneys throughout all stages of personal injury cases. This is a full-time, exclusive employment position. The selected candidate must work solely for GMA LAW and may not maintain outside employment, freelance work, or provide services to another law firm or legal organization while employed by the firm. Responsibilities Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, and other discovery. Obtain, organize, summarize, and maintain medical records, bills, photographs, insurance documents, and other case evidence. Manage personal injury files from intake through settlement or trial. Calendar and monitor discovery deadlines, depositions, hearings, mediations, court dates, and other critical deadlines. Prepare notices, subpoenas, correspondence, deposition materials, and litigation-related documents. Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel. Provide regular case updates to clients in both English and Spanish. Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, mediation preparation, demand packages, and trial preparation. Maintain accurate case notes and ensure all files are organized and current. Follow up on outstanding discovery, records requests, liens, and other case-related matters. Perform additional litigation and case-management duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing. Prior experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a personal injury law firm. Strong knowledge of discovery procedures and personal injury case management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline-management abilities. Ability to manage a substantial caseload in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff. Professional, dependable, client-focused, and committed to confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF software, email, electronic filing systems, and legal case-management software. Availability to work exclusively and full-time for GMA LAW. Preferred Qualifications Experience with -court litigation and e-filing procedures. Experience preparing discovery responses, demand packages, medical chronologies, and settlement documentation. Familiarity with personal injury liens, medical billing, insurance claims, and litigation scheduling. Paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies.
