Paralegal for US LegalTech Operations

We are looking for a paralegal or legal research assistant to support US-focused case intake and pre-litigation research. The main task is identifying the individuals or legal entities behind company Instagram accounts and other online business profiles. This includes researching US corporate records, websites, social media, public databases, registered agents, addresses, ownership information, and other publicly available sources. You will also prepare clear documentation of your findings, organize evidence, enter data into our internal system, and help ensure each case file contains the information needed before escalation. Ideal candidate: * Experience with US legal research, corporate research, or OSINT * Familiar with US business registries, Secretary of State databases, registered agents, and public records * Strong attention to detail * Able to document sources clearly * Comfortable with repetitive but precise research and data entry * Paralegal or litigation support background preferred This is ongoing research work with the potential for a long-term collaboration. US location is not required, but experience with US legal and corporate research is important.
