Summary

We need a paralegal to help customize pre-written business acquisition documents for each purchase. The work includes reviewing existing templates, adapting language to fit specific deals, and ensuring documents are accurate and ready for use. In this role, you will also aid us in performing legal due diligence utilizing our in house AI legal software. This is a part-time, ongoing role for someone who can work independently and communicate clearly. Please share relevant experience with business acquisitions and document customization.
