Paralegal for Small Claims Action

We are seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with an ongoing Texas small claims case on behalf of a commercial landlord against a former tenant for unpaid rent. The lawsuit has already been filed, but we need assistance managing the case, preparing and filing motions (including a renewed Motion for Substitute Service), coordinating service efforts, tracking deadlines, and helping move the case forward. We have attempted service at four different locations without success and need someone familiar with Texas small claims procedures to help navigate the next steps. Experience with Texas justice courts and civil procedure is strongly preferred. Please include a brief summary of your relevant experience when applying.
