Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist to support the design, optimization, and ongoing management of our Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) instance. This role is responsible for building scalable lead management processes, ensuring data integrity between Pardot and Salesforce, and developing marketing automation programs that improve lead quality and conversion. Key Responsibilities Lead Scoring & Grading * Build, maintain, and optimize Pardot lead scoring models based on prospect engagement and behavior. * Configure and refine profile grading criteria aligned with ideal customer profiles. * Develop scoring thresholds that support marketing qualification and sales handoff. * Monitor scoring performance and recommend ongoing improvements. Lead Source Tracking * Design and maintain UTM tracking standards across marketing campaigns. * Configure source attribution within Pardot and Salesforce. * Ensure accurate mapping of lead sources from first touch through opportunity creation. * Troubleshoot attribution and campaign tracking issues. Campaign Architecture * Develop and maintain a scalable campaign structure within Pardot and Salesforce. * Establish and enforce naming conventions, folder organization, and campaign hierarchy. * Configure and manage Connected Campaigns. * Maintain campaign governance and documentation. Pardot & Salesforce Administration * Manage the Pardot-Salesforce connector and synchronization processes. * Configure and maintain field mappings between platforms. * Understand record creation, sync behavior, and automation dependencies. * Troubleshoot sync errors and data integrity issues. Engagement Studio * Build, test, and optimize Engagement Studio nurture programs. * Design automated nurture journeys triggered by lead behavior and scoring thresholds. * Audit existing nurture programs for performance, efficiency, and best practices. * Recommend improvements based on campaign analytics and business objectives. Qualifications * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). * Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Pardot integration. * Experience implementing lead scoring, grading, and marketing automation best practices. * Knowledge of UTM parameters, campaign attribution, and marketing analytics. * Experience building and managing Engagement Studio programs. * Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills. * Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams. Preferred Qualifications * Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist certification. * Salesforce Administrator certification. * Experience with B2B SaaS organizations. * Familiarity with marketing operations, revenue operations, and demand generation best practices.
