The app should automatically display parking locations using OpenStreetMap (OSM) parking data, so I do not need to manually enter any parking information. Users should be able to open the app, see nearby parking on a map, view basic details when available (such as free/paid or lot/garage), and optionally add new parking spots through a simple “Add Parking” form. No login system or backend is required for this MVP; user‑added spots can be stored locally or in a lightweight cloud option if needed. The app must include Google AdMob ads (banner and interstitial) for monetization. The design should be clean, simple, and focused on usability. My budget for this MVP is $100 fixed, and I need the developer to deliver the working APK and source code within 5–7 days. If the MVP performs well, I plan to expand automatically into additional cities using OSM data, add more advanced features, and eventually build an iOS version in a future paid phase.
