Part-Time Appointment Setter / ISA – Home Improvement & Outdoor Living (Warm Inbound & Transfers)

We are an established, growing provider of premium retail construction of outdoor living services. We generate a steady volume of high-quality inbound leads from homeowners looking to upgrade their spaces. Our operational team is stretched thin running day-to-day operations, so we need a dedicated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Appointment Setter whose sole focus is speed-to-lead: taking incoming calls, accepting live transfers, and booking consultations onto our calendar. This is a remote, part-time, ongoing position. You must be active and available. What You’ll Do: Answer inbound sales inquiries with a warm, professional, and confident tone. Accept live transfers seamlessly from our front-office team. Follow a basic script to qualify the homeowner’s project needs and schedule them into an open slot on our calendar Handle minor objections smoothly and pitch the value of an expert consultation. Keep lead records clean and updated in our CRM. What We Look For: Flawless spoken and written English with a friendly, articulate, and professional phone presence. Experience speaking with homeowners/consumers is a massive plus. Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting. Comfortable using cloud-based phone systems (like Dialpad) and scheduling software. A quiet, distraction-free workspace and a high-quality USB headset. A positive, "hunter" mindset—you aren't intimidated by phone conversations, and you know how to gracefully drive a call toward a booked calendar slot.
