Part-Time BOOKKEEPER (666 MEDIA)

ABOUT US We're 666 Media, a video production company running a portfolio of YouTube channels. We produce 50+ videos every month. Our money side is currently scattered across sheets, chats, and memory. Your job is to bring it all into one clean place and keep it that way. THE ROLE (PART-TIME, REMOTE) You will own our books. Nothing fancy, just accurate, organized, and always up to date. Your responsibilities: • Build one central finance dashboard: all income, all expenses, all freelancer payments in one place • Maintain monthly payment sheets for 15+ freelancers (editors, designers, writers, researchers) • Produce a simple monthly P&L: overall and per channel • Track receivables from platforms (YouTube/AdSense and others) • Flag anything unusual: overpayments, missed payments, rising costs • Keep everything in Google Sheets, clean and founder-readable This is bookkeeping, not tax work. Our CA handles filings. You handle clarity. WHO WE WANT • Proven bookkeeping experience for small businesses, agencies, or creators • Excellent with Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, clean structure) • Detail-obsessed and consistent: entries done weekly, never backlogged • Comfortable working async over WhatsApp
