About SpringPath SpringPath is a podcast-driven student and parent engagement platform helping colleges, universities, trade schools, and community colleges connect with prospective students and families through targeted podcast content, digital marketing, and measurable engagement campaigns. We are seeking an experienced, professional Business Development Representative (BDR) to help introduce our services to postsecondary institutions and schedule introductory meetings with enrollment and marketing leaders. Primary Responsibilities • Conduct outbound business development activities targeting colleges, universities, trade schools, and community colleges. • Identify and engage decision makers including: Vice Presidents of Enrollment Vice Presidents of Marketing Directors of Admissions Enrollment Marketing Leaders • Schedule qualified 30-minute introductory meetings for our leadership team. • Follow up on inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. • Utilize phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to generate interest. • Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking within our CRM. Sales & Marketing Resources Provided We provide a complete prospecting environment including: • Connect & Sell live-transfer dialing platform • Mailchimp email campaigns • LinkedIn outreach campaigns • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns • Google PPC campaigns • Target prospect lists and messaging Our Connect & Sell platform significantly increases productivity by allowing multiple dialers to connect live decision makers directly to you in real-time. This condenses hundreds of cold calls into a focused hour of live conversations and meeting-setting opportunities. Ideal Candidate • Previous BDR, SDR, appointment-setting, or business development experience. • Comfortable speaking with executive-level decision makers. • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. • Professional phone presence. • Experience with CRM systems. • Self-motivated and organized. • Experience selling to higher education institutions is a plus but not required. • Experience with SaaS, marketing services, lead generation, advertising, or media sales is highly preferred. Compensation • $20–$30 per hour based on experience. • 10–20 hours per week. • Performance bonus for qualified meetings completed with decision makers. • Additional bonus for opportunities that result in signed client agreements. • Long-term opportunity with growth potential as SpringPath expands nationally. Your primary objective is not to close a sale on the first call—it is to generate interest, qualify opportunities, and schedule a productive 30-minute introduction meeting with postsecondary enrollment and marketing leaders.
