Part-Time CPA/Bookkeeper (Quickbooks Expert) for Books Cleanup

We're a woman- and minority-owned creative and technology firm moving into federal subcontracting, and we need a licensed CPA on a part-time, to clean up and possibly maintain our books. You'll clean up and reconcile our 2025 & 2026 books in QuickBooks Online, bring the current year fully current, fix miscoded transactions, reconcile all bank and credit card accounts, produce accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), and prepare and file our business taxes. Requirements: an active CPA license, strong QuickBooks Online cleanup/reconciliation experience, and clear communication with a non-accountant owner; GovCon accounting experience is a plus.
