Part-Time ClickUp Project Manager for E-commerce

We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency specializing in e-commerce and lead generation. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to take ownership of our ClickUp workspace, ensure our internal teams hit their deadlines, and keep our campaigns running smoothly. Important Notes on Schedule & Budget: Budget: $6.00 – $12.00 per hour, depending on experience. Hours: This is a part-time role requiring up to 15 hours per week. Timezone / Meetings: Flexible and mostly asynchronous! During onboarding, we may need a bit more overlap, but once you are fully ramped up, you will only be required to attend one scheduled meeting per week during US Central Time (CST/CDT). 8am - 6pm Availability preferred. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize our ClickUp workspace, including managing custom dashboards and automations. Coordinate daily tasks and deliverables between our marketing, marketplace, sales, and web development teams. Ensure all projects stay within scope, on deadline, and are properly handed off between departments. Proactively identify bottlenecks in our workflows and communicate them to the Operations Manager. Requirements: Proven experience managing projects in a digital marketing, lead gen, or e-commerce agency environment. High proficiency in ClickUp. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and communicate effectively asynchronously.
