Creative, a business that offers beginner-friendly paint nights, workshops, seniors programs, corporate events, private events, and creative partnerships. I’m looking for a creative, proactive person to help turn the photos and videos I capture at events into engaging social media content that helps grow the business. This is more than just scheduling posts. I’m looking for someone who can help bridge the gap between strategy and execution by creating content, engaging with our audience, and helping identify opportunities to attract more participants to our events and workshops. Responsibilities • Create reels, posts, stories, and captions from provided photos and videos • Schedule content across Facebook and Instagram • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages • Flag leads, partnership opportunities, and inquiries that require my attention • Provide content ideas, shot lists, and suggestions for what content to capture at upcoming events • Help identify what content is performing well and refine the approach over time What I’m Looking For • Experience creating reels and short-form video content • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills • Experience managing social media accounts and community engagement • Ability to think strategically while also executing consistently • Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content planning tools Future Opportunities The initial focus will be content creation and community engagement. As the business grows, the role may expand into paid advertising, email marketing, lead generation, event promotion campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives.
