Part-Time Content & Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant to help with content creation, social media, customer communication, and marketing for our outdoor adventure business in Hocking Hills, Ohio. This is a flexible remote position focused on helping us stay consistent online while showcasing our campground, canoeing, tubing, yurts, and outdoor experiences. Responsibilities: Edit short-form videos/reels for Facebook & Instagram Schedule and post social media content Help create weekly email campaigns through Mailchimp Answer customer emails and basic guest questions Create Google Business posts Organize photos/videos into folders Write simple captions and promotional posts Repurpose content across multiple platforms Help maintain a consistent online presence Ideal Candidate: Has experience with social media marketing Comfortable editing short-form videos Professional and friendly communication skills Organized and dependable Can work independently with minimal oversight Experience with tourism, hospitality, outdoor brands, or travel content is a plus Tools We Use: Facebook & Instagram Mailchimp Canva Trello Google Drive WordPress/Elementor (basic knowledge is a plus) Hours: Part-time Approximately 5–10 hours per week Flexible schedule What We’re Looking For: We are not looking for a big agency or corporate marketing company.
