Summary

We are looking for a reliable, well-spoken customer service representative to help respond to new leads, follow up with customers, and support appointment booking for a growing electrical and HVAC home service company. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with contractors, electricians, HVAC companies, plumbing companies, or other home service businesses. Schedule Needed: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Central Time Weekend availability preferred for on-call support, new leads, and customer follow-up Responsibilities: Answer and follow up with new leads by phone and text Respond quickly to leads from Thumbtack, Angi, Google, website forms, and other lead sources Call and text customers to gather details about the work needed Help book estimates and service appointments Follow up with leads who have not responded Update customer records, notes, and appointment details Use Housecall Pro to look up customers, jobs, schedules, and service information Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Escalate urgent issues or qualified opportunities to the internal team Required Experience: Clear, professional English communication Experience in customer service, appointment setting, dispatch, or lead follow-up Experience working with home service businesses such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or similar trades Comfortable making outbound calls and sending text follow-ups Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural Reliable availability during the requested hours Strong attention to detail when entering notes and updating records Preferred Experience: Housecall Pro experience Thumbtack, Angi, Google Local Services, or home service lead follow-up experience GoHighLevel or CRM experience Experience booking estimates or service calls Experience working evenings or weekends for inbound leads What We Are Looking For: We need someone who is fast, reliable, organized, and comfortable communicating with homeowners. The main goal of this role is to respond quickly to new leads, ask the right questions, and help get customers booked. To Apply: Please include a short voice recording with your application.
