Part-Time Customer Success & Implementation Manager

DocuScrit is a growing B2B compliance technology company preparing to launch a client pilot with a financial-services partner. We are looking for a polished, highly organized part-time Customer Success & Implementation Manager to help coordinate onboarding, client communication and pilot delivery. This role will begin at approximately 5–7 hours per week for the first two weeks and is expected to grow as additional clients enter the pilot. Responsibilities will include: Participate in partner and customer kickoff calls Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities Maintain client action items, timelines and follow-ups Track required documents and outstanding client information Prepare concise meeting notes and status updates Maintain our customer/pilot tracker Help ensure every client receives a professional, white-glove onboarding experience Coordinate internally with our founder and technical lead Ideal candidates have previous experience in B2B SaaS customer success, implementation, project coordination, fintech/banking, property management, legal/compliance software or another detail-heavy client environment. Excellent written and spoken English, professional client communication and strong attention to detail are essential. Availability during U.S. Central business hours is required.
