Summary

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to help grow our bookkeeping business while also supporting our expanding digital and print planner business. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping keep marketing projects organized from start to finish. Initially, this position will require approximately 5 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as our business continues to grow. Responsibilities: You will assist with a variety of marketing and content-related tasks, including: Website & Content: *Upload and format blog articles and newsletters in WordPress *Create clean, professional layouts that are easy to read *Check links, images, spacing, and formatting before publishing *Help organize website content and resources *Update existing website pages as needed Canva Design *Design social media graphics *Create Pinterest pins *Resize graphics for multiple platforms *Design simple marketing materials, lead magnets, checklists, and downloadable resources *Maintain consistent branding across all materials Etsy Shop Support: *Upload new digital and printable planner products *Optimize Etsy product listings *Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions *Upload listing images *Organize shop categories *Assist with keyword research *Help maintain and improve our Etsy storefront Planner Business Support: Assist with both print and digital planners, including: *Product organization *Digital file preparation *Listing updates *Product descriptions *Marketing graphics *Product launch support General Marketing Support: *Follow detailed written instructions *Stay organized with multiple projects *Meet deadlines with minimal supervision *Can join team in Asana for project assignment *Suggest improvements to workflows when appropriate *Assist with miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed Required Skills: We're looking for someone with experience in: *WordPress *Canva *Etsy Seller Center *Pinterest marketing *Social media content creation *Basic SEO *Blog formatting *Digital product uploads *Strong written English *Excellent attention to detail *Ability to work independently Bonus Skills (Not Required) Experience with any of the following is a plus: *Elementor Pro *AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) *Google Workspace *Adobe Express *Basic photo editing *Email marketing platforms *Digital planner creation *Print-on-demand products What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: *Takes pride in producing polished work *Notices small details before publishing *Is proactive and dependable *Enjoys organizing content *Can communicate clearly *Learns quickly *Wants a long-term working relationship *Is comfortable following established processes while also suggesting improvements We're building systems that are easy to maintain, so we're looking for someone who values organization, consistency, and quality.
