Part-Time Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator (Remote)

We are a growing home maintenance company seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Remote Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to help manage our day-to-day operations. This is a part-time, flexible position with a light workload. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of scheduling, communicate with customers and tenants, coordinate with our plumber throughout the day, and ensure every job runs smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly responsive during U.S. Eastern business hours, has excellent customer service skills, communicates professionally, and can keep our technician accountable while providing a great experience for our customers.
