Part-Time Flutter Developer – UI Integration & Optimization (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Part-Time Flutter Developer to help us update and optimize our mobile application ("Flutter App"). The core application architecture and base code are already fully developed. Your primary responsibility will be to seamlessly integrate a fresh batch of UI/UX updates from our Figma designs into the existing codebase, ensuring a highly responsive, secure, and buttery-smooth user experience. Scope of Work UI/UX Implementation: Translate high-fidelity Figma designs directly into clean, reusable Flutter widgets. Screen Updates: Update and refine approximately 40 screens and their corresponding sub-components/overlays based on the provided Figma user flows. Code Integration & Security: Cleanly embed/integrate the new UI logic into our established base code. Ensure proper code obfuscation and security practices are followed to safeguard the new frontend logic. Performance Optimization: Eliminate jank, optimize widget rebuilding, ensure smooth animations/transitions, and guarantee the app runs flawlessly across both iOS and Android devices. Technical Requirements Experience: 3+ years of proven experience developing and deploying production-ready Flutter applications. Figma-to-Code Mastery: Exceptional ability to pixel-perfectly reproduce layouts, typography, spacing, and animations from Figma. State Management: Deep understanding of robust state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod) to plug the new UI into existing data layers. Performance Tuning: Profiling app performance, managing memory leaks, and optimizing frame rates for a premium user feel. Git Version Control: Experience working with clean feature branching, pull requests, and code reviews. Project Timeline & Commitment Position Type: Part-Time / Contract Duration: Estimated 2 months, with potential for ongoing maintenance.
