Summary

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Full Stack Engineer to join our team as a Fractional CTO / Technical Lead. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, make architectural decisions, and contribute hands-on to both front-end and back-end development. You'll work closely with the team to build scalable, high-quality software while providing technical leadership and mentorship. Responsibilities - Lead the technical direction and software architecture. - Develop and maintain full stack web applications. - Mentor developers and conduct code reviews. - Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements. - Drive best practices in development, testing, and deployment. Requirements - Strong experience with both front-end and back-end development. - Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or CTO/Fractional CTO. - Deep understanding of software architecture and modern development practices. - Ability to work independently and manage technical priorities. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Compensation - Part-time - Preferred: Candidates based in the United States - Compensation: Up to $5,000/month (based on experience and availability) - Flexible working hours
