Part-Time Full-Stack Flutter Developer (Emergency SOS App, Occasional Backend Work)

Flutter Development (Main Focus) Develop, maintain, and enhance the Flutter mobile app (Android & iOS). Ensure a fast, responsive, and stable user experience in emergency situations. Implement secure messaging, location-based services, and real-time updates. Optimize the app for low-bandwidth environments and performance efficiency. Backend Support (Occasional Tasks) Assist with API integrations and minor backend updates when needed. Ensure all changes adhere to backend security best practices and do not disrupt functionality. Work in sync with the Backend/DevOps Engineer to maintain system stability and security. Collaboration & Communication (Critical Requirement) Maintain open, professional, and clear communication with the backend team and founder. Provide regular updates on your work and flag any issues early. Ensure a collaborative and respectful team environment. Write clear documentation for any implemented changes. Must-Have Requirements ✅ 5+ years of experience in Flutter & Dart development. ✅ Strong experience with API integration and performance optimization. ✅ Experience working on security-sensitive and mission-critical applications. ✅ Familiarity with backend security best practices. ✅ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues quickly. ✅ Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Typescript). ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills—we need someone actively engaging with the team.
