There are no fixed hours, no micromanagement, and no rigid schedule. Work hours and working mode are fully discussed and shaped around your personal schedule from day one. Your focus is simple: cold calls and sales meetings. That's it. Everything else is handled by the system we've built for you. Pay is monthly — calculated as the total number of deals successfully closed that month × $500 USD. The more you close, the more you earn.
