We're looking for one driven, people-first individual to grow with us long-term as both an appointment setter and sales closer. --- 📌 What this role looks like This is a long-term part-time freelance engagement — not a one-off gig. There are no fixed hours, no micromanagement, and no rigid schedule. Work hours and working mode are fully discussed and shaped around your personal schedule from day one. Your focus is simple: cold calls and sales meetings. That's it. Everything else is handled by the system we've built for you. Pay is monthly — calculated as the total number of deals successfully closed that month × $500 USD. The more you close, the more you earn. Simple, transparent, and directly tied to your results. --- 🎯 What you'll be doing You own two things and two things only: • Making cold calls to warm up qualified prospects • Running sales meetings to close deals No manual follow-ups. No extra admin. No unnecessary decisions or communication overhead.
