Part-Time Growth Manager – Paid Media & Direct Response

We run a fast-growing direct-to-consumer privacy tech brand. Our products are physical. Our audience is engaged. And our marketing is direct response done right. We're looking for a part-time Growth Manager to own paid media from A to Z. You'll be involved in the full process: strategy, creative briefs, ad scripts, sales page copy, editorial content, testing, reporting, and optimization. Really owning the process from Ideation to execution and LTV/CAC reporting (A-Z). What You'll Own -Meta and Google paid media strategy and execution -Ad creative development: hooks, scripts, copy, and coordinating assets -Sales page and landing page copy and optimization -Editorial writing that supports the brand and drives traffic into the funnel -Full-funnel performance tracking from click to purchase -Creative and offer testing frameworks -Weekly reporting with clear performance analysis Who You Are -You've run paid media end-to-end for a DTC brand with real results to show for it -You understand direct response and know how to write a compelling hook -You've contributed to sales page copy and editorial content, not just ad accounts -Meta Ads Manager feels like home -You're comfortable working independently in an async environment -Bonus: experience in survival, preparedness, self-reliance, or privacy niches What This Role Isn't A social media manager position A strategy and reporting only role A role where creative gets handed to you Compensation $25/hr base with performance bonuses available once targets are established. Strong long-term potential for the right fit. To Apply Please answer these questions in your proposal: Walk us through how you structure a Meta campaign from scratch for a DTC product. Ad sets, audiences, budget allocation, and how you approach the first 2 weeks. Have you run paid media for a high ticket physical product ($500+)? If so, what was the product, what did you sell it for, and what was your ROAS? If you were launching a $1,000 privacy-focused smartphone to a cold audience, what would your funnel look like from first touch to purchase? What does your creative testing process look like? How do you know when to kill an ad and when to scale it? What tools do you use to track full-funnel performance and how do you report results to a client or employer?
