TRIUNE Alert is a technology company on a mission to keep families connected and informed. Our platform combines personal safety alerts that notify loved ones when something happens, free legal consultations through licensed attorneys, and family notifications when a member arrives at a hospital. The TRIUNE Alert app is live on the Apple App Store and Google Play. We are hiring a part-time Growth Marketing Manager for a six-month engagement starting June 1, 2026, to help us reach 2,000 subscribers by year-end. We have a library of professionally produced video and graphic content. What we need is someone to create new short-form video content, put our existing assets to work across our social ecosystem, run growth-focused campaigns, and report measurable results back to leadership weekly. Engagement terms -Start date: June 1, 2026 -Duration: 6 months (with opportunity to extend) -Compensation: $800 per month -Paid advertising budget: $500 to $1,000 per month, provided by TRIUNE for the full 6-month engagement, to be deployed across paid social campaigns Key responsibilities -Create original short-form video content (vertical Reels, TikToks, Shorts) structured to draw in new viewers and convert them into subscribers of the TRIUNE Alert app -Take existing video and graphic content produced by -TRIUNE's Graphic Designer and Videographer and adapt, schedule, and publish it across all TRIUNE social environments (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X) -Optimize each piece for the platform it is published on (aspect ratios, captions, hashtags, posting times, platform-specific formatting) -Plan, launch, and manage paid social ad campaigns within the monthly budget, with creative, audience targeting, and conversion tracking aimed at subscriber acquisition -Run growth-focused organic campaigns aimed at subscriber acquisition, with a clear path from impression to TRIUNE Alert app install or subscription signup -Maintain a content calendar across all platforms with a minimum of three weekly posts per primary platform -Apply basic SEO principles to social copy, hashtags, and platform-specific search optimization so TRIUNE surfaces in feeds and search results when prospects look for personal safety, caregiver support, family alerting, legal access, or related solutions -Engage with comments, direct messages, and follower interactions in a manner consistent with TRIUNE's brand voice and compliance posture (healthcare-adjacent and legal services have specific advertising restrictions) -Track and report performance weekly to TRIUNE leadership Required reporting A weekly report submitted by Friday 7am Central Time covering: -Posts published per platform that week -Engagement metrics per post (likes, comments, shares, views, impressions, follower growth) -Top three performing posts of the week with explanation of why they outperformed -New followers per platform -Click-through to TRIUNE website or app store from social -New subscribers attributed to social (using TRIUNE-provided tracking) -Paid ad performance: spend, impressions, click-through rate, cost per install, cost per subscriber -Progress against 2,000 subscriber goal (cumulative count and percentage to goal) -Recommended adjustments for the following week How you will be evaluated -Primary metric: new subscribers attributed to social channels (organic and paid), measured against the 2,000 annual goal -Secondary metrics: follower growth rate per platform, engagement rate per post, click-through rate from social to website or app store, paid ad return on spend, weekly report completeness and timeliness -Qualitative criteria: brand consistency, compliance awareness, responsiveness to feedback, proactive recommendations rather than reactive execution Required skills -Demonstrated ability to create short-form video content (concept, shoot or source, edit, caption, publish) that drives viewer conversion -Hands-on experience publishing across all of: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X -Hands-on experience running paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent), including conversion tracking and budget optimization -Working knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to social platforms (hashtags, keywords, captions, search optimization) -Comfort with social analytics tools (native platform analytics, plus aggregators like Ayrshare, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer) -Basic proficiency in Canva or similar tools for adapting existing graphics to platform-specific formats -Comfort with video format conversion and short-form video editing (vertical for TikTok and Reels, horizontal for YouTube, square for Instagram feed) -Strong written English with a clear, brand-consistent voice -Reliable weekly reporting discipline Required experience -Minimum two years managing social media for a brand or business (not personal accounts) -Demonstrated experience growing a follower base or subscriber count for a previous client (please share specifics in your application) -Prior experience with healthcare, wellness, legal, financial services, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred -US market experience is required (cultural fluency, regional context, time zones) Required submission The team or individual selected for this engagement must provide a demo of advertising videos they have personally created for previous clients or campaigns. Submissions without a video demo will not be considered.
