Part-Time Instagram DM Specialist

I am a faith-based content creator with 163k+ followers across TikTok and Instagram. I am hiring a warm, conversational virtual assistant to manage Instagram DM conversations with people who have already engaged with my content. This is warm outreach only. Every person you speak with has already commented on one of my posts. Your job is to continue that conversation naturally, build genuine connection, understand where they are in their life and their goals, and guide the right people toward booking a discovery call with me. I am not looking for a salesperson. I am looking for someone who genuinely likes people, listens well, and can hold a warm natural conversation in English without sounding scripted. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF: You are warm, patient, and genuinely curious about people. You write in natural conversational English, not stiff or corporate. You are organized and can track multiple conversations at once. You are reliable, self-directed, and take pride in your work. You are available two to three hours per day, five days a week. You have a stable internet connection and respond promptly. COMPENSATION: $5 per hour base pay. $5 bonus for every discovery call booked. $100 bonus for every client that enrolls after a call you booked. (If enrollments are more than 1/mo) Example month: 30-60 DMs sent per day 600-1.2k/mo = 18 - 36 calls booked ($90-$180) 2-4 calls closed ($200-$400) Hourly (10-15 hrs/week) - 200 - 300 Total = $490 - $880/mo This is a part time role to start at roughly 10 to 15 hours per week with room to grow. THE HIRING PROCESS: This is a paid skills test. I hire based on performance, not resumes. Step 1: Apply by sending a short voice memo or video loom (preferably) or paragraph, 60 seconds maximum, telling me in your own words what makes you good at building rapport with strangers. Step 2: If selected, you will receive a full overview of my brand, my audience, and my coaching offer. You will have 24 hours to study it thoroughly and submit a written report covering three things. What the offer is and who it is for. What problems it solves. And what you believe the goals are for the people who join it. Step 3: We will do a live role play conversation where I play the role of a potential client and you manage the DM conversation as you would in the real role. Step 4: The candidate who performs best gets hired. The test is paid at $10. I am hiring up to five candidates for the test and selecting one.
