Part-Time Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for a proactive and organised Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to help us identify and connect with business owners who may benefit from our services. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Your Responsibilities • Research and identify suitable target companies • Find and verify key decision-makers and contact details • Build and maintain prospect lists • Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn • Follow up with prospects who have not responded • Qualify leads against agreed criteria • Book discovery calls directly into our calendar • Maintain accurate records within our CRM • Provide a weekly activity and results report Ideal Experience We're looking for someone who has experience in: • B2B lead generation • Appointment setting • Cold email outreach • LinkedIn prospecting • CRM management • List building and data enrichment Experience working with agencies, web development companies, software companies, or B2B service businesses would be advantageous. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, we would expect: • Consistent prospect research and outreach activity • Well-organised prospect database • Qualified meetings booked into our calendar • Clear communication and regular reporting • Continuous improvement of messaging and targeting Target Markets Initially, we will be targeting: • Manufacturing businesses • Engineering companies • Professional service firms • eCommerce businesses • Companies with outdated websites • Businesses likely to require ongoing digital support Skills Required • Excellent written English • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Comfortable communicating with business owners and directors • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms Hours & Budget • Part-time freelance role • Flexible working hours • Approximately 10-20 hours per week initially • Potential for a long-term engagement To Apply Please include: • A brief overview of your lead generation experience • Examples of campaigns you have worked on • The industries you have generated leads for • Average response rates and meetings booked from previous • campaigns • The tools you typically use • Your hourly rate We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate real results through meetings booked and opportunities generated, rather than simply the number of emails sent.
