Part-Time Marketing Assistant Using HubSpot

Looking for a reliable part-time marketing assistant to help with HubSpot, email, web updates, social, and general marketing execution for a growing AI B2B SaaS company. This is a hands-on support role. I’m looking for someone who can take clear direction, execute carefully, and help keep marketing projects moving without a lot of hand-holding. Reliability is very important. You must be organized, responsive, and able to meet deadlines. If something is going to slip, I need to know early, not after the deadline has passed. What you’ll help with Build and QA marketing emails in HubSpot Build landing pages and update web pages in HubSpot CMS Format and publish blog posts Draft, schedule, and lightly report on LinkedIn posts Repurpose existing content into emails, social posts, and sales follow-up copyent assets Create simple ad, email, and social graphics in Canva or Figma Must-haves Real HubSpot experience with emails and landing pages. Strong attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines consistently Good written communication Comfort using AI tools to work faster and improve output quality Ability to work independently and ask smart questions when needed Reliable async communication This will start at around 5 hours/week, with room to grow closer to 10 hours/week if it’s a good fit.
