About Us: Supreme Maintenance Organization (SMO) is a growing commercial cleaning and facility services company serving customers throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Our mission is "Serving With Purpose," and we are looking for a talented marketing professional to help us tell our story, engage customers, support business development efforts, and strengthen our brand. Position Overview: We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and communications efforts approximately 12 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media management, email marketing, customer engagement campaigns, and graphic design. We are looking for a long-term team member who can become an extension of our organization. Responsibilities: • Manage social media content and posting schedules • Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva • Write blog articles, customer success stories, announcements, and newsletters • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and communications through HubSpot • Support customer engagement and appreciation campaigns • Assist with recruiting and employer branding initiatives • Support trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns • Maintain website content and digital marketing assets • Track marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in marketing, communications, or related field • Strong writing and communication skills • Experience with Canva • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing platforms • Experience managing business social media accounts • Familiarity with SEO best practices • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have: • B2B marketing experience • Experience supporting service-based businesses • Google Ads experience • Basic website content management experience Hours & Compensation: • Approximately 12 hours per week • Flexible schedule • Remote position • Potential for long-term growth and expanded responsibilities To Apply: Please provide: A brief introduction about yourself Examples of social media content you have created Examples of graphics or marketing materials you have designed Your experience with HubSpot, Canva, and AI tools Your hourly rate Your weekly availability We are looking for someone who is creative, dependable, proactive, and excited about helping a growing company strengthen its brand and customer relationships.
