Part-Time Marketing & Design Assistant (Online Fitness Coaching Business, ~5 hrs/week)

Overview: I run an online fitness coaching business for busy professional men and need a reliable part-time assistant to support design, technical, and marketing execution on an as-needed basis. This is roughly 5 hours per week, with workload varying by week. Long-term relationship for the right person, not a one-off project. What you'll do: Design work (as needed): ad creative for Meta campaigns, Reel and Short video editing, social media posts and carousels, occasional logo or brand asset work. Technical/systems work: managing and updating pages inside GoHighLevel (GHL), building or editing funnels, setting up and maintaining Meta Business Manager and Meta Pixel/Conversions API tracking, basic marketing tool administration. Website and general support: updates to an existing website, and other marketing or design tasks as they come up. What I'm looking for: Real experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, pages) or a very similar platform (ClickFunnels, Kajabi). Comfortable with a design tool (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). Experience setting up or managing Meta Business Manager, Pixel, or ad accounts is a strong plus. Self-directed: able to take a rough instruction and turn it into a finished asset without heavy back and forth. Responsive and reliable given the flexible, as-needed nature of the hours.
