Part-Time Meta Ads Media Buyer — Dental / Medical

We're a dental implant marketing agency managing Meta ad campaigns across multiple active client locations. We're looking for a detail-oriented, part-time media buyer to monitor campaign performance, optimize based on clear KPIs, and log daily action notes in our internal dashboard. You'll follow a structured SOP for diagnosing underperforming campaigns (CPL, show rate, booking rate, close rate) and pulling the right levers — refreshing creatives, testing copy, adjusting audiences. Creative assets are handled separately; your job is campaign management and optimization. Medical or dental advertising experience is strongly preferred. You must be comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager daily and updating performance data in a custom web portal we provide.
