Part-Time Operations Assistant + GHL/ADS/WEB/AI

I run two growing businesses, Sculpted OS and Sculpted Studios, and I’m looking for a reliable, flexible person to help manage a variety of day-to-day and week-to-week tasks. This is not a position where you will do the exact same thing every day. The work will vary depending on what the businesses need, so I need someone who is comfortable switching between tasks, following detailed instructions, and figuring things out when the solution is not immediately obvious. ## GoHighLevel Experience Is Required You must be highly familiar with the GoHighLevel platform and comfortable working with areas such as: * Automations and workflows * Calendars and appointment systems * Contacts and pipelines * Forms, funnels, and websites * Email and SMS campaigns * Conversation management * Client account setup and organization * Troubleshooting technical or customer issues Please do not apply if you have only watched a few GoHighLevel tutorials or have very limited hands-on experience. ## Meta and TikTok Ads Experience Is a Major Plus Experience managing Meta Ads or TikTok Ads is highly preferred. This may include: * Setting up and managing campaigns * Installing and troubleshooting pixels * Conversion tracking * Audience creation and retargeting * Lead-generation campaigns * Testing creative, copy, and offers * Reviewing performance and making optimizations * Preparing simple client reports Sculpted OS works with businesses that may need ongoing advertising management. If you have strong paid-ad experience and can produce results, I may also be able to pass clients to you to manage separately. This could create additional consistent work and income beyond the regular operations role. ## Other Responsibilities May Include * Making basic website or funnel updates * Creating or editing simple graphics and marketing materials * Organizing accounts, information, and internal systems * Completing administrative and operational tasks * Communicating with clients through text, email, or chat * Helping troubleshoot customer issues * Reviewing work and making sure tasks are completed correctly * Researching solutions when needed * Handling miscellaneous projects as they come up * comfortable with claude or chatgpt You do not need to communicate with clients by phone. Most client communication can be handled through text, email, or chat. However, you must be professional, patient, and strong at customer service. ## The Person I’m Looking For You should be: * Consistent and dependable * Flexible when priorities change * Excellent at following instructions * A strong problem solver * Able to think independently and outside the box * Detail-oriented and organized * Responsive and easy to communicate with * Comfortable working with clients * Ready to begin and complete tasks without unnecessary delays * Honest about what you know and what you need help with Most assignments will come with clear directions, deadlines, and at least 24 hours’ notice. The majority of the work is not last-minute, although occasional time-sensitive tasks may come up. Being available for occasional urgent requests is a plus, but it is not required. ## Schedule and Compensation We can begin with individual projects, hourly assignments, or task-based work. This has the potential to become a consistent, ongoing position with regular weekly hours for the right person. I would prefer to begin with a few paid tasks so we can make sure we work well together before committing to a larger schedule. Candidates with strong Meta or TikTok advertising experience may also have opportunities to manage client advertising accounts for additional compensation. ## To Apply Please include: 1.
