Part-Time Operations & Community Assistant — Minecraft Marketplace (Discord + Creator Onboarding)

We're Buildible, an early-stage Minecraft marketplace where creators upload and sell builds and offer services (think Fiverr meets a build marketplace). We're heading into launch and need one reliable, organised assistant to onboard creators and keep our community running. This is ongoing part-time work (~6–8 hrs/week to start), fully remote and flexible. What you'll do: - Onboard new creators and follow up with our waitlist - Help creators complete their profiles and listings/gigs - Provide friendly support and light moderation in our Discord - Answer common questions using our prepared replies - Keep our creator tracking spreadsheet up to date - Collect bug reports and feedback, and flag important items to the founder You're a great fit if you: - Are highly reliable and reply quickly - Have clear, warm written English - Have run or moderated an online community / Discord (or done VA / customer-support work) - Are comfortable with Discord and Google Sheets - Bonus: you know Minecraft or creator marketplaces like BuiltByBit How this works: - Short PAID trial task first (a few small tasks, ~1 hr each) — paid whether or not we continue - Then a monthly ongoing arrangement, reviewed and increased on performance To apply, please answer the screening questions below — applications that skip them won't be reviewed.
